Hughes Network Services - Broadband in Scotland

Hughes Network Services - Broadband in Scotland, provide a service that, on the face of it, appears to be broadband but it is not! Their service offers initially reasonable speeds but after only a few minutes reduces down to below dial-up speeds. If you do a large download this speed will be reduced to below 1/4 of dial-up speeds at ALL TIMES.

Under no Circumstances sign up for this OVERPRICED and SUBSTANDARD service that even themselves eventually admit IS NOT BROADBAND !

Businesses will expect to pay several thousand pounds to set their connection via a satellite and then upt to £450 per month for, what should be, a business connection - NOT BROADBAND !!!!

We set up our network to use the Hughes Network Services connection as it was then offered by Bridge Broadband / Broadband Rental (http://www.broadbandrental.com) as a broadband connection. However after only a couple of months they changed the contract. Unfortunately the equipment is now useless and unsaleable as it is bespoke to their systems and there is no market available. What a rip-off - so be warned.

Call back soon and we will have an alternative which out performs the above companies by 1000% and only costs £19.99 for a one-way system and £50 for a two-way system - and actually works at full broadband speeds :-)
