We monitor all links to ensure that our link does not fall below a certain number of links. If this limit is reached the link on our site is removed - this one is already close and it is top of the page!!!! Google counts both internal and external links and only indexes a limited number then ignores the rest.

Removed as they placed our link on a page linked to from a page with 200+ links and then placing our link at the top to watch it move down as hundreds of other links are piled on top - no thanks - I don't understand why people trade links with guys who use this to cheat. A reciprocal link should be like for like.
