The Saw Doctors certainly know how to get a party started. To many the choice of bands playing at the Wickerman Music Festival seems rather eclectic but when you are actually there you begin to understand how carefully crafted the line-up really is. At tmes it is extremely difficult to spot the diehard fans of a particular band/act as everyone is enjoying themselves so much and, in many cases, the crowd know the words to many songs across a huge variety of bands. With the wonderful Saw Doctors, who always go down well in Scotland, you could spot a couple of obvious hardcore fans but the whole crowd seemed to be singing along to many of their songs. Admittedly I do not have many Saw Doctors albums in my collection as some of my neighbours but seeing them live has caused me to go looking for some of those that are in my possession - they were simply brilliant, sounded great and certainly masters at working the crowd.
