The highlight, well the main highlight as, in truth, the Wickerman Music Festival is a weekend of highlights and the highlight of my year, well anyway.... the main highlight of the weekend is the famous burning of the Wickerman and the fire displays beforehand. This is carried out on the last night but on the night before a much smaller version is burned and he is known as the Wicker Boy. Unfortunately I missed the burning of Wicker Boy this year but I did manage to grab this snap of him. As you can see it was a misty day which added to the whole spooky atmosphere of 2008.
